GENERAL Thanks for purchasing our products at aussietruckerhats.com.au operated by Aussie Trucker Hats Pty Ltd. RETURN POLICY It is the responsibility of the customer that chosen styles, colours and designs meet their requirements before decoration is authorised ready for production. Aussie Trucker hats will not accept returns of decorated items unless the items are faulty and authorised by Aussie Trucker Hats. All claims for shortages, damaged goods.ect must be made within 5 days of receipt of the product. We cannot accept returned product after washing or worn unless items are defective. Returns will only be accepted with a return authorisation number issued by Aussie Trucker Hats. Requests to return product must be made within 75 days of the date of invoicing. CANCELLATION OF CUSTOM ITEMS – POINT OF NO RETURN Aussie Trucker Hats has no control over circumstances once authorise orders have been sent to production and the production has been commenced. We cannot accept cancellation of any orders at this stage. Your order will be completed and shipped as original placement. GST is added at the point of sale that covers these items. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Before making a purchase with Aussie Trucker Hats please be aware of the duties and taxes that may be payable upon arrival into your state and country.
