Our multi design, custom made beanie with optional pom pom on the top of the crown is perfect for keeping your patrons warm.
The unique 6 seam top stitch ensures the beanie fits the shape of your head rather than scrunched up on top of your head like most other beanies.
We only use premium acrylic yarn that has a unique soft feel. Many jackaroos and jillaroos have worn our beanies to bed whilst sleeping in their swags under the starlights of the desert.
The high quality beanies are custom made from natural pieces of yarn from scratch for your business. We are able to dye the yarn in any pantone colourway to match exactly your business colours perfectly. This is why many schools, colleges, universities and clubs use this beanie, the match to their existing uniform colours.
At our production facility we have specially built small dying vats that can now do 100pcs/colour/design whereas most custom beanie makers the minimum is 500pcs /colour/design.
An other unique feature with our beanies is you can have a normal knit cuff or an optional ribbed cuff running around the base of the beanie. This area is where you can place a woven sew on-badge and an optional clip-over woven label. An other option is to have a pom pom or not.
All our beanies arrive (unless stated) individually wrapped in a pvc bag with a ready to hang hook or “ready to retail” presentation.

How many is the minimum order for custom beanies?
The minimum bulk order is 100 pcs per design. As the beanies are truly custom made we start with natural yarn colour (off white) and can dye the yarn to any pantone colour. The small vat holds 100pcs that is why the minimum is 100pcs. It will also be best to contact our team directly for special very large orders.

It will depend on the detail of your design, as you need to be able to clearly see every intricate detail of your design clearly.
Can custom beanies be embroidered?
Absolutely! Custom beanies are perfect for embroidery, to get you the design you wanted. The logo area in our custom configurator is perfect for uploading the image to be embroidered onto the forehead cuff.
Do personalised beanies require special care?
No, as beanies do not require much effort to clean. It is made of 100% soft touch acrylic. They are “DISHWASHER SAFE” as indicated on the inner care label and can be air-dried.
Can I resell your custom beanies?
Definitely, as beanies give you the ability to tap into virtually any demographic. As you are purchasing the beanies at wholesale prices this gives you a huge margin to retail the beanies. The Aussie beanies come in a “ready to retail” form with individual cellophane bag and hook so you simply unpack from the carton and hang on your stand..

How many is the minimum order for custom beanies?
The minimum bulk order is 100 pcs per design. As the beanies are truly custom made we start with natural yarn colour (off white) and can dye the yarn to any pantone colour. The small vat holds 100pcs that is why the minimum is 100pcs. It will also be best to contact our team directly for special very large orders.

You can upload your Company logo through our configurator directly and start designing right away.

What resolution does my artwork need to be?
It will depend on the detail of your design, as you need to be able to clearly see every intricate detail of your design clearly.
Can custom beanies be embroidered?
Absolutely! Custom beanies are perfect for embroidery, to get you the design you wanted. The logo area in our custom configurator is perfect for uploading the image to be embroidered onto the forehead cuff.
Do personalised beanies require special care?
No, as beanies do not require much effort to clean. It is made of 100% soft touch acrylic. They are “DISHWASHER SAFE” as indicated on the inner care label and can be air-dried.
