What is the minimum order?
For most designs, the minimum order is 100 pieces but can vary for more complex customisations.
However, in some circumstances we can do 50pcs/design/colour but there may be restrictive decoration applications. You see its how a hat runs down the production line, the more diversions, changes, fabric colours and decorations on small quantities there will be additional costs. Remember, the items are custom made.
Is There Design Help and Advice Available?

There is a number of ways you can design your items. First you can design your trucker hats and items on the Aussie Trucker hat website with our worlds first 3D Configurator, it might seem daunting a bit at first but the fun you can have is unbelievable and the great designs you can come up with will simply blow you away, please have a go….

We have designers available that can offer you great advice and wonderful knowledge to get the best designs for your Aussie Trucker hats and stubby holders past the standard you were first expecting. You only have to read some of the reviews on our website.

What is the turnaround production time?
Trucker hats – generally 40 days. More complex styles with quality materials and decorations may take upwards of 50-55 days. Plus express shipping 5-10 days depending on your postcode.
Snapbacks – generally 40 days. For more elaborate and high-fashion snapbacks, the timeframe is often 45-50 days, but can be more. Plus express shipping 5-10 days
Bucket hats – times can vary depending on the number of decorated pieces, but it is usually 40-45 days. Plus express shipping 5-10 days
Beanies – usually 32 to 35 days. Plus express shipping 5-10 days

Where do you ship to?
We offer international express shipping to most countries around the world. Rates are competitive and can vary according to destination postcodes.
Please note when shipping to other countries we do not invoice for GST or VAT costs. You as the customer should be aware of all import duties and taxes upon point of entry. Please contact your customs or customs agent in your country before you decide to make a purchase, all costs occurring here are your responsibility.
How do I clean my custom hat, cap and beanies?
Our standard baseball caps, trucker hats and beanies are designed to clean up nicely … in your dishwasher!
Yes, simply put your soiled hat in the top rack of your dishwasher, fill it with the usual soap, choose “heated dry” in the setting and run the cycle.
At the end of the cycle, your cap will be damp. Simply let it air dry and then reshape it as needed. Please do not use a hair dryer, let them dry naturally.
What are the fitting and adjustment options?
All of our custom caps and hats have high-quality straps like snapbacks to adjust crown sizing. These straps are so durable, they’ll out-last the life of the cap!
Do you work with other organisations, such as schools or government agencies?
Yes. Our custom caps and hats can be made for anyone! We even offer school project options that students can participate in. Further, we are an official “valued supplier” of the NSW Department of Education.

Can I order less than 100pcs in the custom make beanies? As I only want 50pcs.
As we are custom makers, you may not realise that when we custom make a product, it is truly customised. That means in this instant with beanies we start with a blank yarn, it then needs to be dyed-up to the your PMS color of choosing.
We have a special dye pot made to do enough yarn for one hundred pieces.
To do this, there is a minimum of 100pcs/colour/design to make it economical for you.
Therefore, to do under one hundred pieces is not possible.

Do you send samples?
Yes. While all our hats are unique custom-made orders, our back-order archive might still have something similar to what you need to try for fit and see the quality. Yes we can send you a sample of an existing item please ask..We will need name a delivery address along with phone number.
Do you embroider on my caps if I supply the blanks?
No, due to duty of care, we are not responsible for others property.
What is the process for production?
It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that chosen styles and designs, high or low profile meet their requirements and approved before orders are sent to production. Once we have approval on all artwork and full invoice payment received your order will be sent to production for presampling. Presampling can take up to 12 days.
Once the presample has been completed we will email you photo images from very angle so you can see in great detail the item designed.
We do not supply a physical presample to you as this can take a further 15 days and cause unnecessary delays in production time frames.
At this pre-sample stage we can make minor adjustments only if required
We cannot make major changes, major changes should be considered on your next order placement.
One we have approval we then go to bulk production, this bulk production can take a further 25-30 days for completion. Your order will be checked for production quality and acceptance then securely boxed ready for shipping to you. The courier will picked up your order form production and sent to Hong Kong ready for air freight to your destination. Once on the aircraft we will email you a photo image of your carton/s and the tracking details for you to track door to door.
Once you have the tracking details and you have a query of some sort you can contact the carrier to enquire and help.
How can we pay for considered items that we would like to purchase?
If you have self designed your trucker hat and items through the website 3d design tool configurator you can simply place your order into the shopping cart and make payment completion there.

We will simply email you an invoice with all your details and make it happen for you.

Yes we can..there are 25,000 different colourways design options, the largest in the world.
We can make any pms colours that you may need. We can also do quiet elaborate decoration because the decoration is applied before the cap is stitched together.
