Our custom stubby holders are made from a 5mm neoprene fabric with stitched & tape seams with stitched top and bottom so the bottom does not drop away after a couple of uses like most other Koozies.

Do stubby holders really keep drinks cold?

Yes - and it’s been scientifically proven. A study by the University of Washington has revealed how they do it. In looking at what makes cold beverages warm up, they found that heat was less important than humidity. The key inflection point they found was 35 degrees Celsius and relative humidity of 60 percent.

At that point, latent heat caused the beverage to warm up faster than if the atmosphere had been dry. The same effect was in play at lower temperatures with correspondingly higher humidity, and at higher temps with lower humidity. In any event, they also found that stubby holders acted as insulation that both slowed this process down and kept condensation from sticking to the surface of the can or bottle.

What is the manufacturing turnaround time for bulk orders?

While this depends on order size and design complexity, the average is 18 to 21 working days. However, this timeframe can vary due to events outside our control. Plus shipping, 5-10 days depending on postcode.

How many is the minimum order?

The minimum bulk order is 100 pcs per design. It will also be best to contact our team dirctly for special bulk orders.

Where can we send our company logo?

You can upload your logo directly into the configurator to start designing right away. Or you can email us with you artwork along with the colours and the quantities you would like to use. If you have questions about this, please get in touch.

You can simply email us (BELOW) with your logos/artwork in AI, EPS, PNG or JPG file format along with the preferred profile (high or low) the type of trucker hat and the colour preference of the items. State your quantities required for each item

What resolution does my logo artwork need to be?

This depends on the detail of your design. If the image clearly displays every intricate detail of your design, it should be okay. Still, the image should be 300 DPI. Most file types are supported - JPG, PNG, AI and EPS preferred. Please reach out to our designers if you have any queries about this.

Can I resell the stubby cooler I buy from you wholesale?

You sure can! Everyone loves a stubby cooler. Buy a bulk lot of custom stubby coolers at wholesale costs, and then on-sell to your customers at a retail mark-up.

Can you give out samples?

As our products are all made to order, we may not have samples that are relevant to your needs. Still, please enquire: we may have something similar left from previous runs.

How to wash a stubby holder?

One way to wash a stubby holder is to clean it by hand with warm soapy water. Make sure to wash the soap off thoroughly. Avoid using the washing machine as it can deteriorate the glue used in construction. However, the best way is place them on the top shelf of the dishwasher.
