Pre-production sampling normally will now be 12 days, photo images from every angle will be emailed to you for approval, if changes want to made, only small changes can be made any major changes can be added to your next order.
Express shipping (couriers) usually can take a further 5 to 10 days to deliver door to door depends where you are located in the world.

Minimum bulk order is 100 pieces per design. However in some special circumstances we maybe able To make 50pcs with limited decoration and placement for you. You can upload your company logo through our 3D Design tool directly and you can start designing right away. The design tool supports image files saved in the formats of PNG, EPS, JPG and JPEG.

Yes. While all our visor hats are unique custom-made orders, our back-order archive might still have something similar to what you need to try for fit and see the quality. Yes we can send you a sample of an existing item please ask.

Our visors are designed for universal comfort with adjustable rear closures,( will give you adjustable crown 4cm either way on crown size) options like:

Nope! Visors are crownless for that “just styled” look no helmet-head here.  They offer fade-shading without full coverage, so your hair stays visible and breezy. Our visor designs are designed for e-scooters & e-bikes so you are still able to wear your safety helmets, try designing using the 3D design tool. If you have a committee or board that needs approval you can simply send your finished design from the configurator direct to the committee for input or approval.

Spot clean with a mild soap (like SARD roll-on or spray) and place on the top shelf of the dishwasher and use a normal wash cycle. Let the visor dry normally. All designs are dishwasher safe as there is no push & pull like in a harmful washing machine and could lose its shape.

However, all designs are currently made in China at a single high end production facility that has grown with us over the past 25 years.

Simply! – yes, all decoration & basic designs are included in the overall check-out costs. You can upload your decoration into the configurator and placement where positioned. The configurator will position where you can place your designed logo. (maximum artwork size 1025mm W) If clipart is too big, please email your artwork to us or attach to your order/quote and one of our consultants will help to make it fit. If the artwork needs to be redesigned or colour-change is needed we can help.

It will take you into the design studio, wait for it to load, then start your design, build it from scratch there is 54,000 curated fabrics & options including plain pantone colour fabrics, denim, paisleys, leathers, wool mixes, plaids, camo’s ginghams, stripes, Canada fabric, 4th of July fabrics and many industry related digital fabrics including fishing, hunting yachting & cattle and cut meat fabrics like pitmaster BBQ’s visors etc. You can see your finished designs in 3D takes 5-10 minutes for pros, longer for fun experimentation.

As we are wholesalers direct to the public there are minimum quantities per item. The minimum quantity is 100pcs/design/style. In some instances, we can do 50pcs/design, however there will be additional costs. as they are truly custom made and in some cases the fabric is dyed in our vats. Once you have approved the final design and payment made it takes 10-12 days to produce an exact sample of your order and images will be emailed to you from all angles for approval. Once approved, we go into production. This takes up to 28-32 days. Once finished on production line they go through quality control and are packed ready for shipping via express courier direct to your door which can be 5-10days Aussie Trucker Hats will keep you up to date along the way with approvals & notifications at every process until they are signed off at your door upon arrival.
