What is the minimum order?
100 pieces per design/colour/size
However, in some instances we may be able to do 50pcs per design/colour/size, there will be additional costs
Where can we send our company logo?
Our 3D designer above is a powerful design tool. Through it, you can load your image files (300DPI resolution and PNG, JPG, AI or EPS formats preferred) to simulate and fine tune your design. You can easily reach out to a professional designer for advice or, if you’re happy, you can purchase right away. For any queries, please get in touch.

You can simply email us (BELOW) with your logos/artwork in AI, EPS, PNG or JPG file format along with the preferred profile (high or low) the type of trucker hat and the colour preference of the items. State your quantities required for each item.
What resolution does my logo artwork need to be?
This depends on the detail of your design. If the image clearly displays every intricate detail of your design, it should be okay. Still, the image should be 300 DPI. Please reach out to our designers if you have any queries about this.
Can I see a sample?
Sure, give us a day or so and we will return an email with a copy of your artwork design showing from all angles, how it will look and a full set of costs and timeline from commencement of production, sampling to completion of production. As we normally use express courier, the normal time frame for shipping is 5 -10 days depending on your postcode.
Can I see a physical sample?
We do not send out a physical sample of your design. However, after full payment we will go to production and then make a sample of your item(s) (around 12 days to make) and we will email you photo images from every angle of your item for approval, once we have your approval we then will go to bulk production for you.
If you need a physical sample of the Aussie Trucker Hats to try for fit and to see for quality we maybe able send you a copy of a previous clients trucker hat FOC via Express Post in an overnight satchel. International clients you may have to help pay shipping costs for this service.
